Kaiserslautern Military Community Fire and Emergency Services firefighters provide emergency care to volunteers during exercise Ready Eagle II at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, April 27, 2023. During the exercise, firefighters moved each volunteer from the scene of the explosion to outside of the hangar to provide emergency first aid.
