A contract employee installs a banner on Gregg Ave. April 20 marking the future name-change of Fort Lee to Fort Gregg-Adams. The change becomes official during a ceremony scheduled for April 27. The new namesakes are retired Lt. Gen. Arthur J. Gregg and the late retired Lt. Col. Charity Adams. More than 60 celebratory banners were installed across the installation during the week.
