U.S. Army 2nd Lt. Zack Razafinjatovo, assigned to Task Force Medical, prepares a brief in the Joint Task Force Civil Support (JTF-CS) Joint Operations Center on board Fort Eustis, Virginia, during Exercise Vibrant Response 23, April 25, 2023.
