Elements of the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) detain a role player during a Noncombatant Evacuation Operation (NEO) as part of Amphibious Ready Group/MEU Exercise (ARGMEUEX) at Stone Bay, North Carolina, April 25, 2023.
