Participants in Hell Day, an event sponsored by the Florida Army National Guard and SOCOM Athlete, participate in the pull-up evaluation. Hell Day is opened to military personnel or civilians over the age of 16. During the day-long event, participants are taken through a series of rigorous obstacles designed to prepare them for a future career within the Special Forces Community.
