U.S. Air Force maintainers from the 353rd Special Operations Aircraft Maintenance Squadron perform maintenance on a MC-130J Commando II with 1st Special Operations Squadron as a part of Balikatan 23 at Subic Bay International Airport, Olongapo, Philippines, April 17, 2023. Balikatan 2023 is the 38th iteration of the annual bilateral exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the U.S. military.
