    Mark Abueg, Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) Outreach and Communications director, welcomes family members attending a Family Member Update (FMU) in Chicago, Illinois, April 22, 2023. The DPAA provides periodic updates and hosts annual government briefings for families of Americans who are missing from past conflicts.
