Camp Atterbury personnel and contracted services place a new steeple on the historic post chapel April 19, 2022 at Camp Atterbury. Earlier this year an EF-0 tornado with estimated peak winds of 84 mph briefly touched down at Camp Atterbury toppling the 80 year old post steeple. The original steeple was preserved and will be on display at a later date.
