Sean Shillington, of Holley, N.Y., at the Expert Infantryman Badge (EIB) awards ceremony held at Camp Buehring, Kuwait on Sept. 22. Shillington and 10 other candidates passed the course, which involved completing infantry tasks on lanes based on tactical scenarios, land-navigation tests, an Army Physical Fitness Test and a 12-mile march.
