Local residents await to get their livestock vaccinated by Army veterinarians. Iraqi army soldiers, provincial officials, coalition forces and members of the Muthanna Provincial Reconstruction Team gather to help hundreds of Iraqi's and their animals at a Medical and Veterinarian Civil Action Program. MEDCAP/VETCAP's are intended to provide primary health care services to a rural, underserved community in Muthanna province.
