Sergeant Hayden Grinstain, Higher Headquarters Battalion (HHBN), 10TH Mountain Division, holds the HHBN guidon during the Transfer of Authority Ceremony on April 5, 2023, at the Carol I National Defense University in downtown Bucharest. Grinstain volunteered to hold the guidon because he felt it was a great opportunity to participate in a historical event while representing his unit and the army.
