    Riho Findley presents an award at the 2022 Friendship Day onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka. Findley is the surviving spouse of Navy Electronics Technician 1st Class Charles Findley, one of the ten Sailors who died aboard the Arleigh Burke-class destroyer USS John S. McCain (DDG 56) when it collided with a Liberian-flagged tanker off the coast of Singapore and Malaysia. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
