Service members assigned to the 163d Attack Wing prepare to be briefed by Wing leadership at March Air Reserve Base in California on April 1st, 2023 before they disembark to Exercise Balikatan in the Philippines. The 163d will lead the way as part of the first large-scale integration of an unmanned platform into Philippine Air Space. They will work shoulder to shoulder with the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) to provide Intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, maritime domain awareness and simulated offensive air support for the exercise.
