A U.S. Marine Corps M110 semi-automatic sniper system is staged during a Sniper Sustainment Course (SSC) aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, April 3, 2023. The SSC provides the opportunity for the Special Tactics Branch of the Expeditionary Operations Training Group to restructure the Urban Sniper Course to better suit the needs of the Recon Snipers that will remain in service for the Marine Corps and to conduct advanced marksmanship training to validate the standards for future courses.
