Senior Airman Sergey Konovalov, Fisher House for Families of the Fallen manager on duty, makes a bed in one of the house's nine suites March 29, 2023 at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. Following a family's departure from the Fisher House, the managers on duty will immediately conduct housekeeping duties for the entire house. The turnover of the Fisher House takes three hours on average, depending on how many family members traveled for their loved one's dignified transfer.
