    The 2023 All American Half Marathon first place winner, Chad Wear, with a time of one hour, 17 minutes and 29 seconds, receives his award, March 25. At the resounding blast of a howitzer, 865 half-marathon runners and 895 5K runners raced across Fort Bragg on March 25 for the first time since the start of the pandemic and for the last time before the installation redesignates to Fort Liberty on June 2.
