Seabees attached to Amphibious Construction Battalion TWO (PHIBCB TWO) transport an Improved Navy Lighterage System (INLS) warping tug using the Marine Travelift System to a field where it will be lashed and secured. Seabees from PHIBCB TWO’s Alpha and Bravo companies work together to lift INLS craft from the Bravo company waterfront off of Chesapeake Bay in preparation for Hurricane Sandy.
