A loader builds a berm during a training event, March 14, 2023, Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, Pa. Civil engineers from the 11th and 316th Civil Engineer Squadrons came together to form a team that will represent Air Force District of Washington at Readiness Challenge IX, a competition aimed to test Air Force Civil Engineers’ contingency capabilities.
