A black and tan German Shepherd dog is sitting on bare reddish-brown dirt ground, appearing alert with ears erect. To the dog's left, two small objects are partially visible on the ground surface — one appears to be a snail shell and the other a small metallic object. The setting appears to be an outdoor, arid or dry environment with no vegetation visible.
