Allen Gilbert, a support equipment field service representative with Lockheed Martin, and aircraft maintenance specialists assigned to the 115th Fighter Wing, Truax Field, Madison, Wisconsin, perform an acceptance inspection on an F-35 Engine Removal and Installation Mobility Trailer March 20, 2023 at Truax Field. The 115th Fighter Wing was selected to be the 2nd Air National Guard F-35 Lightning II aircraft bed-down site in 2020 and expect the first aircraft arrival in late April of 2023.
