(March 18, 2023) Chief Navy Counselor Jonathon Labinski, a Lincoln, R.I., native assigned to Navy Talent Acquisition Group Philadelphia, scores an armed drill performance presented by MaST Community Charter School’s Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (NJROTC) cadets during a competition held at Rancocas Valley Regional High School, Mt. Holly, New Jersey, March 18. Local active duty, reserve and retired servicemembers served as judges during the drill routines, and shared information about their respective military branches.
