The Cumberland County Department of Public Health in collaboration with the Fort Bragg Department of Public Health opened a Women, Infants and Children (WIC) office with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Fort Bragg, March 7. The WIC program provides healthy food options, nutrition education and other benefits to low -income pregnant women, postpartum, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age five.
