SAN DIEGO (March 8, 2023) – Sailors assigned to multiple commands assess the injuries of a simulated casualty during a mass casualty drill aboard USS Boxer (LHD 4). Boxer, Fleet Surgical Team Five and Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command San Diego Sailors participated in a two-day mass casualty drill simulating Boxer as a casualty receiving treatment ship.
