Awards are set on display before a Chef of the Quarter (COTQ) competition at the 13 Area Mess Hall on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, March 8, 2023. The goal of the COTQ is to boost morale, promote teamwork, provide training and recognize excellence in food service operations.
