Spc. Manda Walters, a public affairs specialist in the South Dakota Army National Guard 129th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment, attaches a satellite dish panel to the Defense Video Imagery Distribution System’s mobile satellite during operator training at Camp Rapid Oct. 23, 2012. The 129th MPAD is scheduled to deploy to Afghanistan in February and will add two DVIDS Direct systems to their inventory, enhancing the distribution of high quality print and broadcast media.
