U.S. Army Lt. Col. Vance Zemke, head of delegation, operations planner, 21st Theater Sustainment Command leaves the operations cell of the tactical operations center in a bunker built by French Armed Forces engineers for phase two of the French-led exercise, Orion 23, in Castres, France, March 4, 2023.
The 21st TSC is partnered with French Logistics Command, COM LOG, under the Unit Partnership Program with U.S. Army Europe and Africa and French Land Forces. COM LOG invited 21st TSC to observe the reception, staging onward movement and medical services operations to support the partnership and introduce subordinate units.
