Staff Sgt. Stacie Baker, assigned to Joint Force Headquarters, Iowa Army National Guard, is recognized for earning a Gold rating in the Pastry Chef of the Year category during the 47th Joint Culinary Training Exercise at Fort Lee, Virginia, on March 5, 2023. Baker spent months perfecting her apple tartlet for the event. She is one of seven Iowa Soldiers making history at the JCTE this week.
