Col. Sally F. Petty, assistant adjutant general of the Virgin Islands National Guard was promoted to Brigadier General at SFC Leonard B. Francis Readiness Center, St. Thomas, March 4, 2023.
As we celebrate Women’s History Month, Petty is recognized as the first female assistant adjutant general of VING. During her remarks she stated, “Believe that you can make history by giving yourself the greatest chance to achieve.”
