The Isaac Taylor House is one of the stops on the Ghosts of New Bern Tour, in historic New Bern, N.C., Oct. 19, and is said to be haunted by a few different paranormal elements to include Miss Fanny, the youngest daughter of Isaac Taylor who vowed to never leave the house again after her fiancé died a week before they were to be married. The tour goes Wednesday through Saturday and groups can schedule a tour anytime throughout the year. The cost for active duty military is $10.
