A large military transport aircraft, consistent with a C-130 Hercules, is on an unpaved or semi-prepared airstrip with all four turboprop engines running, indicated by spinning propeller blur. Two soldiers in camouflage uniforms are standing directly in front of the aircraft, appearing to signal or guide the plane. Dust is being kicked up behind the aircraft, suggesting recent landing or taxiing on a dirt surface.
