Ken Wilsbach, Pacific Air Forces commander, provides remarks at the U.S. Pavilion opening ceremony for the 2023 Australian International Airshow and Aerospace & Defence Exposition—AVALON 23—at Avalon International Airport, Feb. 28, 2023.
