A steel wing is placed on a new training aircraft for the 325th Civil Engineer Squadron fire department at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, Feb. 14, 2023. The previous training pit was damaged beyond repair by Hurricane Michael in 2018. The new aircraft fire pit creates controlled fires using propane lines to simulate real world scenarios.
