Nikki Gill, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Engineering Aircraft Branch head at Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE), was named FRCE Mentor of the Year during a virtual ceremony hosted by Naval Air Systems Command Jan. 24. Gill was nominated for the award by several of her mentees, who praised her positive attitude and dedication to the personal and professional development of her employees.
