Lt. Col. Wilson Shoffner, a Lawton, Okla., native, who serves as the commander of the 2nd Battalion, 319th Airborne Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, currently attached to 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division — Baghdad, presents a certificate to a member of a Concerned Local Citizens group during a ceremony at Combat Outpost War Eagle, Feb. 6. Both CLCs and Iraqi army soldiers with the 3rd Battalion, 1st Brigade, 11th Iraqi Army Division received awards for their combined efforts in securing the Qahira and Shabakar neighborhoods in the northern Baghdad district of Adhamiya.
