Cadets in the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps are given a demonstration from Troopers at the 2-227 General Support Aviation Battalion, 1st Cavalry Division, on the functions of a H-47 Chinook heavy-lift helicopter on Fort Hood, on Feb. 14. The 1st Cavalry Division remains committed to assisting in recruiting efforts, so that a younger audience has a clear understanding of what opportunities await them if they join the U.S. Army.
