Andrew Coen, public affairs officer Patrol and Reconnaissance Squadron (VP) 30, from Placerville, Calif., speaks to the Macon County High School Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) cadets, from Montezuma, Ga., at VP 30 headquarters during a scheduled tour, Feb. 10. VP 30, based in Jacksonville Fla., is the U.S. Navy’s Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Fleet Replacement Squadron (FRS).
