Dr. Ing Peter Birkner from the House of Energy e.V. and Dr. Alexander Zhivov, a senior research engineer with the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center’s Construction Engineering Research Laboratory, organized and led the International Forum on Energy Security in Frankfurt, Germany, January 23-25, 2023. The conference brought experts from Europe and the United States together to discuss and develop strategies and solutions to support efforts to limit climate change and to ensure a secure energy supply that provides a supporting basis for a net zero-emission society.
