U.S. Army Specialist Aaron Phili,p assigned to the 2nd Cavalry Regiment, takes a knee during a tactical halt during Dragoon Ready 23 (DR 23) at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center in Hohenfels, Germany, Jan. 27, 2023. Dragoon Ready 23 is designed to ensure readiness and train the regiment in its mission essential tasks in support of unified land operations to enhance proficiency and improve interoperability with NATO Allies.
