230126-N-TV933-1854 PHILIPPINE SEA (January 26, 2023) Ensign Minor Wetzel, combat information center officer aboard Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Antietam (CG 54), takes bearings to the Mashu-class Japanese Maritime Self Defense Force replenishment ship JS Oumi (AOE 426) through a telescopic alidade during a replenishment-at-sea.
