David Bone, Eastern Carolina Council of Government (ECCOG) Executive Director, and Rhonda Murray, Community Plans & Liaison Office Director, lay out the plan of the day to ECCOG members during their quarterly City-County Manager’s meeting at Miller’s Landing, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, North Carolina, Jan. 18, 2023. The meeting allows leaders across nine counties in Eastern North Carolina to provide updates concerning the region. Craven County hosted the event this month.
