Petty Officer 2nd Class Ryan Wooldridge, a member of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 40, out of Port Hueneme, Calif., stands with children of the Bilate/Charicho region in Ethiopia as they wait to attend the dedication of two new school buildings built by by the Seabees, Jan. 17. Wooldridge, a native of Ventura, Calif., holds his buddy "Beanie", age two, in his arms. The two hadn't seen each other since NMCB 40 completed work on the school over a month earlier.
