U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Steven Meyer, a services craftsman assigned to the 24th Special Operations Wing, Detachment 1, also known as Deployment Cell or “D-Cell”, pauses for a photo after a training exercise at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Jan. 7, 2023.
