Staff Sgt. Xavier Palmer leads U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence Noncommissioned Officer Academy - Fort Rucker cadre in Master Resiliency Training and team building physical training. Stations were set up with Thinking Trap Scenarios that each team had to answer, and the workout consisted of 135lb sled carry, 250 hand-release push-ups, 200-meter ball toss, 6x 90lb sled drag, and 100x ab roll-out.
