Reserve Citizen Airmen assigned to the 910th Medical Squadron crawl along the grass to move a medical litter toward a patient in a simulated combat environment, on Nov. 16, 2022, at the Gulfport Combat Readiness Training Center, Mississippi, during Operation Cardinal South, a full-scale readiness exercise.
