Capt. David Carnal, commanding officer, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Business Systems Center (BSC), speaks during an orientation session for college students selected for the Department of Defense Cybersecurity Scholarship Program onboard Naval Support Activity Mechanicsburg Jan. 4, 2023. The program allows NAVSUP BSC to recruit and retain top cyber talent who have the skills necessary to meet DoD’s cyber requirements and help secure the nation against threats to information systems and networks. Students were selected from regional colleges and universities. The students will return in the Summer for the second part of their orientation program.
