One year ago, Kennedy Helfert spent her first weeks of life in the NMCCL Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
In honor of her one-year birthday, Kennedy's family wanted to forgo birthday presents and do something special for future NICU babies!
Kennedy’s family asked family and friends to donate new, infant clothing items to “Kennedy’s Kloset” for NICU babies. The Helferts hope the items from Kennedy’s Kloset will pass along encouragement and hope to families of our littlest patients! Kennedy and her family were also reunited with staff members who helped during in her NICU journey.
