After the ceremony cupcakes were available to all at the conclusion of a retirement ceremony for Col. Scott Bird, NETCOM Deputy Commander for Operations, on Dec. 19, in NETCOM's Command Auditorium. Bird is retiring after 30 years of faithful service to the nation and the U.S. Army.
