Philippine city officials, service members with the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippines National Police, Philippines Coast Guard Auxiliary, and U.S. Special Operations Task Force 511.2 participate in a flood cleanup at in barangay Tumaga in Zamboanga, Philippines, Nov. 20, 2022. Personnel from multiple organizations supported the flood cleanup by providing waste trucks, water, and lunch for children in the community. Our continued, face-to-face interactions with allies and partners are the foundation of our bilateral relationships, creating confidence in the region that we are going to be there when times are good, but also when times are bad.
