U.S. Army Garrison Pohakuloa Training Area partnered with Hawaii County to execute Traffic Hazard Mitigation Plan on Daniel K. Inouye Freeway, opening a 4.5-mile portion of Old Saddle Road on PTA to help alleviate the traffic and safety concerns. Operations went smoothly on the December 1 opening.
