The sponsor of the future Virginia-class fast-attack submarine USS Arizona (SSN 803) Niki Stratton welds her initials onto a steel plate that will be mounted on the completed vessel during the keel laying ceremony that was held on Wednesday, Dec. 7 at General Dynamics Electric Boat Quonset Point facility in North Kingstown, Rhode Island.
